Hi All,
We have setup a google reviews ORM project which uses our google Business profile to retrieve the reviews into Qualtrics. Various account and review IDs come down which I believe are used for the ticketing system to create and submit a reply. When you look at reviews online (for hotels) they are include Service, Room and Location scores (out of 5) but the google review ORM project doesn’t bring these scores in. Is there a way to record these scores (perhaps by some extra API) or at least create a URL link from the information provided
eg.
URL / reviewProfileUrl: https://maps.google.com/maps?cid=86xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Subject Id: accounts/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/locations/xxxxxxxxxxxxx
That could get you to the specific review in question
eg. the link below gets you to our alvaston hotel’s main review page with a never ending list of reviews. The below pic shows one of the reviews with Room, Service and Location scores. Not all responses have them but I presume that’s because the guest hasn’t provided them.
As a starting point, to get to this URL we’d have to work out where or how it gets the code: ChgIzteNh9qD27h4GgwvZy8xMmNuenMxMjIQAQ. This maybe a static / mapping element though, but then I’m not sure how we’d navigate to the correct comment (if that is all possible!).

You can type part of the comment in the search bar and that does filter to it…. so maybe there is a possibility, eg. could some of the comment text be added as part of the URL string.
Has anyone else attempted to do this?
These sub scores are quite important as it helps us understand the key drivers to the overall score.
Perhaps there is something already which provides this in the Google Business Profile area but I haven’t found it yet!
Thanks
