I can’t add a graphic slider question to my survey because when I go to add a new question, the graphic slider (and several others) are greyed out. I can’t find any documentation as to why this might be.

I can see that I have access, so I assume it’s related to your account. I think you/ your data team would need to contract Qualtrics/ your Qualtrics account manager. Hopefully they’ll be able to sort it out/ advise whether you have access to it.

I don’t think the Graphic Slider question type is available in the Free account version.

And I have had confirmation from one of our data team (who have admin permissions) that they couldn’t add one either.

+30Your university should have a brand admin who has access to account permissions. Check with them to see if this question type has been disabled.
