Having different question text in email and survey

Hi team,
it is hard to describe, but I have piped the first question of the survey into the invitation email.
Is it somehow possible to change the question text shown in the invitation email to be different when the participant enters the survey?

Hi Florian,
You could put the question text that needs to go into the email in your contact list or as an embedded data variable, then pipe it from there. This way it'll be different to the first question in the survey.
Unless there's something meaning this won't work?
