Help! First time using Qualtrics

Hello,
I am a postgraduate student, who has created a study on Qualtrics. I have been trying to merge qualtrics with RPS (a system my university uses), so that students are redirected and gain a research credit for participating in the study at the end of the study.
However, despite videos showing me there should be an option to 'redirect to URL' in messaging drop down menu in survey builder, it is not an option when I try to edit the end of survey block. It gives me 'custom', 'default' and 'include summary response' options under the messaging drop down menu but there is no 'redirect to url' option.
I also tried going to survey flow to see if I could do it from there but there is a warning sign on the 'end of survey' block and although it shows there is a box 'redirect to url', i cannot tick the box. It says that 'this function is unavailable for your brand'
I am supposed to be collecting data as we speak but this is causing me a major headache. If anyone has any ideas, I would be very greatful

Tia you are in the right spot. The checkbox that says redirect to URL, but is blocked by your brand admin, is where you need to be. Do you know who the brand administrator is for your Qualtrics account, I would speak with a person who created the account for you and see if they can give you the permissions to use the redirect.

Ahhhh okay. I am guessing the brand administrator would be my university? I will email my univesity tech team and see if they can give/get the correct permissions.
