Help with back and next buttons

Hi,

I called Qualtrics who cannot help me with this and have sent me to the Community.

I am unable to have text instead of back and next arrows. I fetched the text versions from my library were they were created ages ago and which I have used many times before. The people on the phone suggested scrapping them and redoing them. Same result: instead of words I get code.
I have exactly the same issue for a different survey that I’m working on.

This is what I need:

Back and Next buttons to be of different colours, and to have the text in font 14.

(I am unable to do coding).

Is anyone able to help?

Hello ​@AnneLaure_19,

 

Here’s a brief video on enabling the back/next button and customizing the arrows with text. However, it doesn’t cover changing the font or color, but I’m certain community members can assist with that. I hope this helps!

You can easily go in library and create with different font or color. After that in look and feel select that button.

Hi ​@Aggarwal , creating back and next buttons in the library: this is what I had done (many times) before and was trying to apply to my current surveys. But they still come up as code, even after clicking on “apply” and refreshing the page. Qualtrics say they cannot help…
