So im exploring endometriosis and anxiety and I'm crap with technology so had to teach myself all about qualtrics. I sent emails to my participants through qualtrics as i read that a random response ID was generated- and this was a godsend for me!
However, I've come across the issue on excel that I cant work out which participant has done what....... I've tried looking back at the time stamps but when i have confirmation of one survey being completed on the 9th to finding 4 different time stamps has me really overwhelmed and stuck on what to do. if anyone knows how to uncover the emails that are associated with each random response ID that'd be amazing. Also how would i go about that when i next come to send the emails out, it will record their email address in the data so i don't have to go through this stress again?

Any any help would be amazing, i feel like I've stuffed up my whole degree now.

Hi there, how did you distribute your survey? Was it via the Qualtrics Mailer and a Contact List or was it through Anonymous Links?
RecipientEmail will be a column in your Data Exports if your survey was distributed using a Contact List.

Hello Meglun If you have sent emails you can try to download data in csv format and you will find a variable in parallel of the data for each response. Let me know if are able to find it.
