Is it possible to add a browser inside a question? For example, there is a list of 50 countries and I want to choose Barbados. Can I write like in a browser Barbados, while the options Barbados pop out?

Not sure if you are mentioning something like an auto-complete. If yes, please click on the link here:Autocomplete Questions & Supplemental Data (qualtrics.com).
Here you would be able to have a static as well as dynamic list.
