How can I fix the banner of an email with inline NPS?

Are you using a table format in your emails? I found that I can control formatting better by using tables in emails with the width of 600 px. You can then have the banner in a separate row, followed by a row with intro content, and a separate row(s) for NPS questions, and so on all the way through the footnote row.
