How can I import data from a previous survey to the same survey, different iteration?

We want to show the participant what their previous response was to the same questions. Basically, we want to use the same survey. The participant will complete the survey for the first time and be shown their response scores. The participant will then complete the survey for the second time a few months later. After completion (the second time), we would like to give participants a graph that shows their previous response and their current response. Is this doable or do I need to replicate this survey into a "second survey?"
