How can I put a survey question and authenticator on same page? | XM Community

Hi everyone,

I have a single question survey that needs respondents to fill in their unique ID before submitting. I am struggling to get the authenticator to show up on the same page as the question, as it seems silly to have respondents click through multiple pages.

Ideally it looks like this

Preamble text

Question 1

o Answer 1

o Answer 2

o Answer 3 

o etc

 

Please enter your unique ID and click submit t_____________________________]

psubmit]

 

How can I get this all into a single page? I am using a contact list to authenticate and it is working. Is there another way I can just question validation perhaps?

Create the 3 questions in your survey, but don’t use authenticator as question instead prefill the authenticator value with the answer which respondents provide in the last question. You need to use an embedded data for this with the piped answer from last question.
