I’ll start by saying we are brand new to Qualtrics… a respondent has contacted us to advise she clicked ahead to see all the questions before answering and the survey was submitted. Is there a way to “unsubmit” her responses so she can go back in with her link and finish it?

+27You can send her a retake link. Find her response in Data & Analysis click on the …. to the right and select Retake Response.
