How can you change the order of the axis items?

I have a bar chart with categories. The categories are size of employee and I want to move them so they are in the right order. For example, 10-49 employees, 50-99 employees, 100-149 employees.
Currently my bar chart on my results page has them out of order. How can I move to put them in the correct order?
I've tried putting my cursor over the label so that I might be able to move but that doesn't work.

    You can click on custom in Axis sorting and then drag the labels as needed by clicking and dragging on the four lines at the extreme left of axis labels.
