How do I allow participants to submit their responses even though there is a timer on the questions?

I have a list of questions that the participants are stuck on for 20 minutes, but I wanted to add a submit button incase they did not need the full time. I can’t find where to add this anywhere. There are additional questions afterwards, with a page break separating them, that are not timed either.

@BronMD You can move your last questions on different block and change the button of that block
