How do I set the % of time I want something displayed when randomized?

I have 3 blocks I want to have randomized so the respondent only receives one of the three blocks. However, I want one block to be displayed 25% of the time, the second block displayed 25% of the time and the third block displayed 50% of the time. How do I do this?

You might be able to do this with branching logic instead of randomization. See this thread.
