Hi
I needed to change a questionnaire - adding a new question and removing an old one. I presumed that when I downloaded the data I'd get two columns, one with responses to the old question and one with responses to the new question. However, this is not the case, I only see the new question. How do I access the data from the old question?

Cheers
Duncan

You can add display logic to the question to make sure it doesn't display to respondents. I also usually create a block of quesitons - DO NOT SHOW - where I move all the questions I have removed and make sure that that block doesn't appear in Survey Flow.

Hello DRadley You would need to restore the question to view data from the old question. You can scroll at the bottom of the screen in the survey to view deleted questions and restore them accordingly.

Thanks Aanurag. Only issue is I then have the question I don't want back in the survey. Is there no 'show responses to previous versions' type of option anywhere?

In that case what InessaG recommended makes sense
