How to add labels over choices so that it would look as NPS questions labels. | XM Community

I have a multiple-choice question with options 1 to 10 and want labels over 1 and 10 like how we have NPS question. Can someone help me with the custom code?

 

I tried to add text over the first and last options, but the format is not looking good

Use an NPS question with one of these scripts depending on the layout you are using.

P.S. If you are using simple (aka New Experience) layout, add jQuery to the survey header.
