How to auto fill the date question?

My survey contains several blocks. Each block has a date question. So once the responser fill in the date in the first block, there is no need to type the date again and again. How to auto fill in the second, third, etc date questions? And the fill-in content should be the answer of the first date question.

SunnyHills If the date is going to be the same for each date question, you can use piped text to bring in the date from the first question and set that as a prefilled field. You can read about piped text here and default choices here.
Also, since the date is the same throughout the survey, I would consider removing that question from the survey completely.
