how to carry forward selected statements

hello everyone

i have a question that comes with 21 possible answers

i have selected that everytime only 7 statements will show and 2 will be selected by user randomly

next i want to carry the 5 unselected statements out of those 7 instead of any random ones out of the 21.

please guide how to do this

Use carryforward unselected choices for this.
