I am trying to create a matrix table with free text answers.
Is there a way I can repeat the headers on all statements but be able to custom each rows header to be different ?
At the moment each header is repeated exactly the same. Any suggestions welcomed, thanks so much !

As per my knowledge, you can't make each row's header different when repeating headers in a matrix table. The headers stay the same to keep the scale points consistent.

As alternative, you can try creating multiple (1 statement) matrix questions with the first one having the text and diagram and leave the subsequence blank. Then, amend the various question’s heading.
Note:
This alternative will likely create some white spaces in between compared to just 1 matrix question with multiple statements.
Also, when the number of scale points increase beyond a certain point, some of the scale points may not fit and will require respondents to scroll to the right.
