How to delete a data column in Qualtrics?

Hi Community,
We have sensitive data that we need to collect, but also should delete as a fast as we can. I can't seem to find a way to just delete one column/variable of collected data permanently from Qualtrics. I can only find options for deleting the entire dataset or rows.

If you want to erase a single column from your dataset, you can delete the question from the survey editor and it will remove the associated data column.

    You can use response editing, select all your responses in bulk, and update that field to a blank value
