Hello Qualtrics Community!

I set up a workflow to email multiple recipients when a survey response has been completed.  Each person listed in the “To:” line receives their own individual email, but I would like all recipients to be on one email, similar to using Outlook.  This way, everyone sees who the original email went to and can “reply all” to start an internal discussion amongst the team, if needed.

I ran across a post from 6 years ago where someone asked about this.  At the time this feature was not available, and it was suggested they make a request to Qualtrics.  Does anyone know if this has been developed, or if there is a way to accomplish what I’m trying to do?

One way you can do this is adding email ID’s of recipients in ‘TO’ tab using comma to separate each. This is manual work and here if they click reply all they will know who all received this email.
