Hello dear Qualtrics users,
I currently have an issue with a survey transferred to me by a colleague who left the company. I can access the survey, but the Invitation email/reminder are in her library. Her account has not been deactivated yet, is there any way to get access to this?

With a brand admin account, log into her account and share the library items she owns with you. From there you can duplicate them, but I don’t think you can transfer ownership (which would be a lot simpler).

Apart from “Proxy Logins”, you can create a group library where all the members can contribute. This will also ensure the safety of elements/documents even if a person(s) leaves the org.
