Hi, newbie here and still figuring things out. We will be sending out various transactional and relationship surveys to clients throughout the year, so safe to assume that folks will be receiving multiple surveys. We will be using Directory rules to help minimize survey fatigue, but wondering if there an easy way to identify the total number of surveys someone may have received through Qualtrics?

Kindly try exploring Statistics in XM Directory, it will help you in getting that information.
You can also use XM Directory Respondent Funnel (qualtrics.com) to visualize the same on a dashboard.
