How to record an incomplete response? | XM Community

Hello,

Due to having a bit of additional information that I had to put at the end of my survey, I have a high number of people's surveys sitting in my 'responses in progress' list who have in fact completed the survey and just have not pressed the final button.

Is there a way I can move these responses to the 'completed' list? I have looked at previous responses to this question and the solutions given don't seem to apply to the most recent Qualtrics settings.

Any support would be much appreciated!

In Data & Analysis tab, switch to "Responses in progress" (dropdown where it shows Recorded Responses number). Once there, select responses you want to close (or all of them), and select the Close responses option
