How to send automatic survey to the email that is the answer of previous survey?

The setting is the child will finish the survey first. In one question, they will be asked to leave their parents' email. Then a new survey that ask parents will be sent automatically to the "answer" of the question in children's survey.
How to do?

    Thanks! I think in my case,
    step 6: Select the XM Directory Task.
    step 7: Select the Add to XM directory option to save and update contact information.
    Should I choose Distribute survey? Or do I need to do both?

    Yes, you need to select Distribute Survey. You can still have the contact added to Directory as an option within that task if you need to keep track of them.
