I want to put the condition on 2nd column based on value of 1st column in side by side question. If value for a statement is 0 in 1st column then 2nd column will automatically take zero value or empty value is acceptable.

+22We cannot check 'zero or empty' condition using custom validation, so need to use JS instead.
