I have a hyperlink in my survey that I need to open in a new Window, rather than a new Tab. I have checked the Qualtrics Community before and made the following checks from what I have read:
- I have added the target information when inserting the hyperlink, so it will look something like this: URL NAME HERE
- I have checked with the Brand Administrator at my institution and found that we have the correct permissions to have the link accessed (this is another solution I saw around the community).
However, even with these two in effect, the hyperlink still only opens in a new tab and not a new window. I have tested this on more than one Internet browser (e.g., Chrome + Firefox) as participants may well be using several different internet browsers.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
