I can't change the background of my survey

I am trying to change the background of my survey to a picture, as you can see at the bottom, but when I go to view my survey, the background picture is not there. Hi, I'm assuming the background was set up in the Look & Feel menu; see below. Make sure that the Overlay Color is set to None.
If that does not work, this might be a feature that is not available to free accounts. You might check with Qualtrics support to verify.
