Hi all,
I have a paid account in qualtrics and I try to copy a project in other folder in my account, but when I try a get a error “An error occurred while trying to copy this project. Please try again later. You do not have permission to use JavaScript in the survey editor. “
How can I fix this issues?

I don't know about a paid account. But our organization has a paid account for all users and for each account I can turn JavaScript on and off. If someone manages your account, this person can check whether the settings are still correct. If you manage your account yourself, you can check whether your settings are correct.

Hi. I have a paid account and the system is not allowing me to use java because it says that I have “a free account”, but I dont. I paid for it!!!!!!!!. This is for a reserach project that need to be working today. Nobody in qualtrics is answeing emails. Plese help!
