I created a custom end massage in my library, now I need to edit it but I can't find it in my message library. It is a collaborative project, but others also can not find these custom messages in their library. How can I figure it out?

Try checking if there are any groups/organization library created, usually when you aren't able to find it in personal message library. It may be by mistakenly created in groups/organization message library.
