We recently onboarded Qualtrics as our NPS platform. However, when we are looking at ways in which we can distribute emails we hit some roadblocks. We greatly appreciate any help on this. I have briefed the scenario in the content below-
Our requirements-
- Survey emails should have a “how likely are you to recommend xxxx” question with a scale to rate, embedded in the body.
- The audience who will receive this email is dynamic and changes every day, subject to the query results of a code we run. So a dynamic contact list will be used (as in the “workflows” task of Qualtrics)
Currently, we see three options for email distribution and this table is a representation of how it satisfies our requirements-

Our best solution to move forward would be to accommodate for an inline survey in workflows, because that gives us the necessary embedded survey information and dynamic audience lists.
We want to see if we can find a workaround for this issue if someone has faced this in the past or has any information on this.
