Import a .txt file with pictures in it

Hi, I wonder if I can import a .txt file with pictures in a simpler way. I use the [[Question: DB]] field name and insert the pictures' URL, but I still need to do it in a manual way (copying, pasting, and corresponding pictures to the URLs). I wonder if there are any easier ways to do this if I upload them to my library.Thanks!
