I am starting a survey where I need to present 250 email messages, but each participant receives a random 10-message subset, so within each participant’s session the 10 messages are presented in a random order, one at a time., followed by follow up questions. What is the best way to do this, and how can I import 250 messages to appear as individual questions?

Importing 250 messages into individual questions
Assuming all those messages are in Message library, you can use survey flow and randomiser to assign only 10 Messages at random and then calling those 10 messages via webservice. Do not call all 250 messages into the survey as it will cause delay in survey taking
