When building a report, how can I include a question but only show the answer options that got a responses (hide the answer options with no response?)

Hi @Bonnie! Filtering the data may help you by adding a filter to exclude responses without responses. This 2 min tech tip (linked below) shows how to filter the data really well 😀

Does that help you answer your Q or was I misunderstanding the goal of your Q?

That may be a bit different than what I am asking.  For example, If I have a questions with 10 possible answer options but only 5 options got chosen by the responders, in the report I would like to only show those 5 that got chosen instead of showing all 10 including those with zero responses.

@Bonnie in the settings of the visualisation your using you should have option for display logic, select ‘custom rule’ and then add a response count threshold.  If you make this 1, than any options with nil selections will no longer appear.
