Hi! Our team sometimes need to download PDFs of individual survey submissions. Currently, you can only manually download a PDF of a survey response one at a time. Is there a way to update the platform to allow for a mass download of individual PDFs of each submitted response to a survey? Appreciate the consideration and help - thanks!

As of now youcan not download all responses to a pdf at once. You can do it in CSV, TSV etc formats.
One workaround I would suggest is to build a dashboard with all the data you want in a PDF and set up a recurring email to download the dashboard. This way, you will automatically receive the PDF dashboard in your email at the intervals you set. This is not a perfect solution but an alternative til Qualtrics releases an update to download all responses in PDF format at once.
