You cannot have a slider in an email. However, you could probably set up a regular MCSA or NPS question as the first question, combine it with a auto-advance timer question (and maybe some custom CSS to hide its content) and pipe in its value as the default choice for your slider question.
The email question would be a regular clickable question, but the respondent would be taken to a slider question in survey.
