Inserting Excel file data into a Qualtrics questionnaire | XM Community
Skip to main content

Hi everyone,

I recently partnered with a company to offer vouchers usable on their platform as compensation for survey participants.

I have an Excel file with about 2000 unique coupon codes, and I'd like each survey participant to receive a unique code that can only be used once.

I've tried several approaches, including using embedded data and attempting to use supplemental data (which isn't available in my account), and uploading the file to my library, but none of these methods have worked..

Could anyone share insights or guidance on how to properly distribute these unique coupon codes within a Qualtrics survey? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This won’t be possible using the default tools available inside Qualtrics. Even if you are able to come up with some workaround, its possible that codes maybe reused.

You’ll need to host your data somewhere else and then track that inside Qualtrics.

Here’s a demo similar to what you are looking for: https://demo.survey-awesome.com/uniqueID

This is a paid solution, and you can drop me a PM if you’d like to implement something like this for your survey.
