I have a survey related to an upcoming event (call that the PRE survey) and a survey that will go out to those that partake in the event (call that the POST survey).
In both surveys I ask how did they hear the event.
Is there a way to skip this question if people taking the POST survey already answered this questions in the PRE survey?
Thanks,
tim
You would need to pass an embedded data field I to the post survey indicating that they took pre survey. How you do this depends on your distribution approach. If you are sending out emails to a contact list, you can include that field in your contact list upload, add the embedded data field to your survey flow, and use that field in your display logic.

Adding on InessaG's comment: If you are using distributing link manually than you will have to pass that embedded field along with value in link. You just need to append link by adding "&EmbeddedFieldName=xxxx".
Thanks InessaG and dipeshsingh!
I'll be emailing through my companies CRM but I think I can add an embedded data field in that system that says they took the pre survey. Now I just need to figure out how to set up the logic...
