Is there a global default for simple tables in results or reports | XM Community

I am interested in setting a global default setting for creating results or reports such that the default is not a chart, but a simple table. I can do this by selecting each question and setting it up, but my survey has about 100 questions. The AI bot for Qualtrics support leads me to believe there is a way to do this. However, customer support at Qualtrics says this is not possible and that the default will always be a chart. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Best, Karen

Thanks for bringing this up! To help you get a solution, could you share a bit more about what happened? Specifically:

  • What did you ask the AI chatbot? Did it provide any links or screenshots that suggested this was possible?

This info would be super helpful in figuring out whether the chatbot gave some incorrect information (which we'd definitely want to fix!) or if there's another solution we should explore.

I asked the AI chatbot if a global settings solution was possible. It provided some links,  the steps of which did not match the version of Qualtrics that I had (Steps to accomplish). I eventually accessed a live Qualtrics customer support and they said it wasn’t possible. Thanks!
