Is there a setting to allow respondents to edit answers after submission?

I would like to allow respondents to edit answers after initial submission, similar to how Google Forms works. Is this possible in Qualtrics? I can't seem to find the setting.

Qualtrics offers the Retake Link feature. Note that it does not allow respondents to reopen the survey on their own; the retake link must be shared by someone with access to the survey in Qualtrics.

    Bump. Actually, anyone who has the response ID can fabricate the URL to retake the survey and alter previously entered data.
