Issue displaying recoded values (Likert-scale) on SPSS after relabeling them on Qualtrics. | XM Community

Hi, 

I have created a questionnaire and I have exported data on SPSS. The survey has lots of Likert-scale questions and I have recoded them. Unfortunately, on SPSS I can’t see the labels correctly. For instance, I have a 5 point Likert-scale, from 1= strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree, but on SPSS I can only see 1= strongly disagree and not all the other values. I have recoded also other questions (without likert-scales) and I don’t have this problem. Do you perhaps know why?

Hi. There might other possible causes, but one thing you want to rule out is that “Exclude From Analysis” is not selected for the values that are missing in your data.
