Hi All, I am trying to rename the labels of scale items with different names for each statement. But I cannot do so because when I change the labels of the second statement the first statement label also changes. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

The screenshot seems to be a matrix table with repeated headers enabled.
Hence, the labels will be the same headers.
Perhaps you can try “Profile” instead of “Standard likert” format.
