Keeping question tags when copying to/from library

I usually rename all the questions in our surveys so they work with our stata code for common questions. So instead of having Q1 I will have Age, etc. When I copy these questions (or blocks of question) to a library so I can use them again in a different survey all the questions revert to Q1, Q2, etc. How do I keep the the tags so I don't have to rename everything again?
When importing questions or blocks from a library there used to be an option to keep question tags, but I no longer see it. What I need is a way for this to work in both directions - when copying from survey to library and when importing from library to survey.
Any suggestions?
