Is it possible to change the language of the ticket that is automatically sent to the email, so it is delivered in Spanish to the ticket owners?
 

@IRENDONJLL0 I got the same problem.

If you check “Notify this user via e-mail when a ticket is created”, the default e-mail will be in English and it can’t be changed.

The solution is: Uncheck it and create an email task after that ticket task and make the notify email by yourself, in your language.
