Hi - I'm trying to send a message from a library template I created last week to a new distribution list. When I try to pull up the saved message template- it looks mostly empty and has lost all my text, images, etc.
If I send the message template as a preview, it comes through perfectly. If I try to send it to a distribution list, I get a message about updating the library message and it being updated for all future distributions. This concerns me that it is getting set to overwrite my message content with the mostly black form appearing on my screen.
Screenshots below- has anyone experience this? Any insight appreciated.

This is unusual behavior. The only thing I can think of is that it might be a good idea to create a new library message, start from scratch and see if that one will work in both places (both in preview mode and when uploading it for your contact list). It could be a little glitch. Replicating the message may take a bit of time, but so will calling Qualtrics support which would be my next recommendation.
