I have followed the instructions on this page https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/creating-an-anonymized-raffle/ to create a separate survey at the end to ask people for their email addresses whilst keeping the remainder of their responses anonymous. However, when the response is “Yes” to the question in the main survey (i.e. responder clicks yes to wanting to provide their email - so the main survey should link to the second survey where I ask for the actual email address) - it displays the image below. I have double checked the links are all correct. How do I get it to correctly link to the second survey?
