List of Countries Display in Reports

I used qualtrics' stock "list of countries" drop down question in my survey. I would like to display these results in a report which I will be sharing internally. When I try to create a visualization in my report, I get the error that the question has "193 values which exceeds the maximum (150)". I dont expect to get responses from more than 20-30 countries max, so I dont need it to display all 193 options.
What Id like to do is limit the display to only the response options that have actually been chosen. Basically, I want to tell it that theres no need to worry about listing out all the response options that have 0%. Is there a way to do that? If not, is there any way to display this data in the report?
