Does anyone know what causes the login error: {{ 'LOGIN.BROWSER_NOT_SUPPORT' | translate }} when trying to log into a Qualtrics account.
It happens on Firefox on a Mac. Javascript is enabled and cookies are accepted.
On the same Mac login into Qualtrics doesn't work either, but the person trying this just sees the same login page again. Here as well cookies are enabled.
N.B. It is not an account problem, as the account can be accessed on other devices.
I will be grateful for any suggestions that might help find the solution!
Best, Jacqueline
TiU Hm, this sounds like it may not be intended functionality. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to handle an issue like this
Thank your for reaching out. Just this morning we found out that the Firefox add blocker Ghostery was the culprit. When my colleague added Qualtrics as a trusted page, she was able to login. Maybe this information will be helpful for others who run into the same problem.
I've had this issue as well.
Whenever I click login on the qualtrics homepage I get the {{ 'LOGIN.BROWSER_NOT_SUPPORT' | translate }} - I experience this issue on multiple browsers, on multiple devices, on multiple networks.
Going directly to my brand's URL page allowed me to circumvent the issue.
