Hello. I have a small survey and need to analyze specific respondents' data only, as in one by one. Is there a way to download each record separately into an Excel worksheet or similar? Thanks!

You should be able to export your data from Data & Analysis tab.
You can download the data table to Excel in the Data & Analysis tab, as InessaG said.
You can also export each response to a reader-friendly PDF in the Data & Analysis tab, by selecting the ellipses for each response and clicking "Export to PDF".
