Hi,

Has anyone else experience a drop in responses or increased volume of partial survey replies in December?

We (VMO2) have seen issues where this has happened around week 51 which has impacted our respondent profile and scores.

We are trying to rule out if this was an issue with Qualtrics as we’ve received a handful of reports from customers and some of our engineers that customers were getting error messages in surveys.

Anyone else experiencing such issues?

We have not experienced this, best is to check with support if your respondents getting error with your survey links or check link validity. 


Did you adjust any settings around the time that the survey is open? Are there multiple distribution types? I updated one of my surveys to be “incomplete” after an hour and it seemed to make my incomplete percentage skyrocket. I’m assuming that when I had it “incomplete” after a week,  there must have been a large amount of people who were slightly distracted and ended up getting back to the survey by the end of the day. When set at an hour, those folks’ survey counted as incomplete. 

 


We too have customers getting error messages from surveys.

We (UK Telco - VMO2) were experiencing issues when customers tried to load a survey, we found this to be a security issues for our own BB customers, we needed to whitelist the url, this appears to have resolved the issue.
